What we collect

We collect personal data only when you send it to us through a form on this site:

• Contact and inquiry forms: your name, company, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, the service you are interested in, and your message.
• Travel planner and booking forms: the preceding items plus travel dates, flight details, number of travelers, nationality, resort and room preferences, and budget.

We don't collect payment card details, passport numbers, or government identifiers through this site. If a booking requires them, we request them separately and securely.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry, prepare a quote, or process a booking you requested.
• To share booking details with the resort, airline, or transfer operator you are booking with.
• To keep a record of our correspondence for as long as the inquiry or booking is active.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Web3Forms (web3forms.com) delivers form submissions to our inbox by email. Web3Forms stores submissions only for the time needed to deliver them.
• Vercel hosts this site and records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
• Resorts and travel operators receive the details needed to hold or confirm a booking you asked for.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence for up to two years after the last contact, and booking records for as long as Maldivian tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your data earlier; see the following section.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you used to contact us. We respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel encrypted to the form service and to our inbox. Access to our inbox and records is limited to staff who handle your request.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes are noted on the home page for 30 days.
