These terms apply to your use of alohamaldives.com and to services that Aloha Maldives Private Limited ("Aloha Maldives", "we") arranges for you. By using the site or sending us a request, you accept them.

1. Information on this site

Resort descriptions, investment listings, and guides are provided for general information. We update them when we learn of changes, but resorts, sellers, and regulators can change details without notice. Confirm any detail that matters to your decision with us before you rely on it.

Investment listings describe assets offered by third-party sellers. Figures come from the seller and are verified during due diligence, not before. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice until we have engaged with you in writing.

2. Travel requests and bookings

• A request sent through the travel planner, a resort page, or the contact form is a request for a quote. It isn't a booking.
• A booking exists when you confirm a written quote and we confirm the reservation in writing. Our confirmation states the resort, dates, room type, inclusions, price, and the deposit and payment schedule.
• Cancellation and change terms are set by each resort and are stated in the quote. Deposits may be non-refundable where the resort's terms say so.
• You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, and insurance. We assist with visa information on request.
• Prices are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise and include Maldives taxes and service charges applicable at the time of the quote.

3. Advisory and representation services

Consultancy, legal, representation, IT, and landscaping work is governed by a separate written engagement letter that sets the scope, fees, and timeline. These website terms don't replace that letter.

4. Use of the site

• Don't send unlawful, abusive, or automated submissions through our forms.
• Text, photographs, and the Aloha Maldives name and logo on this site belong to us or to the resorts and partners who licensed them to us. You may not reuse them without written permission.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don't control their content.

5. Liability

We act as an agent between you and the resorts, carriers, and sellers named in a booking or listing. We aren't liable for their acts or omissions, for events outside our control, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of the Maldives.

6. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Disputes are heard by the courts of Malé.
